Tim Eiting has over 30 years experience as a REALTOR and licensed auctioneer.  Tim recently received the highest honor awarded by the Ohio Association of REALTORS, for the second time. The “PINNACLE OF PERFORMANCE” award is achieved by less than 1% of the membership. 

Tim’s strengths are his communication skills and his ability to guide both buyers and sellers through the many facets of a transaction in this ever-changing real estate environment.

In addition to his strong residential  skills,  Tim has a long-time tie to the farming community. Growing up on a farm near Minster, he understands the concerns and challenges that farmers face every day.   He has successfully facilitated the sale of many area farms by auction or private sale.  We also offer a land management program for farmland owners who may chose not to sell.  Tim can help you chose the right option for your situation.
